To get it to work properly … you would need to convert the file to the same color as your background. If you were mocking up a tshirt design on a black shirt … you would want to change the color of the filter to black and make sure you bring the entire filter to the front of your page. You should be able then to see the filter do it’s thing. His file is in an eps format. As with most tools … you won’t want to stop with one filter.
